Thanks to The Perl Foundation I was able to speak at the Open Source Convention in Portland, Oregon (USA) about pVoice in the Summer of 2004!
The Dutch Perl Promotion Foundation decided in 2004 to donate EUR 500 for the development of pHouse. pHouse is a system for environmental control, which allows a user to control appliances in and around the house, using a pVoice-like userinterface. This project is half-way done, and is still on my todo list to finish!
Thanks to IDM Computer Solutions Inc. for sponsoring my developments by donating a licence for their wonderful UltraEdit editor. These days however I no longer develop on Windows, but on the Mac, so I won’t be using UltraEdit anymore. Nevertheless I’ve done most development in the past in UltraEdit and it certainly doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate IDM’s generosity! Thanks IDM!

nGmedia, a Swedish webdesign company took care of all nessecary graphical design. pVoice itself got a new look and feel, but they also redesigned the website.
Unfortunately it seems like nGmedia no longer exists…
